Corresponding Secretary

About the Role

- Execute documents and correspondence in the name of the Wrentham PTO.

- Send proper acknowledgements for illness, births, deaths, etc.

- Write thank you notes to businesses that donate for events.

- File the appropriate documents to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for corporation status. These will include, but not be limited to, The Certificate of Change of Directors or Officers of Non-profit.

- Corporations and the Annual Report.

- Be responsible for obtaining a raffle permit from the Wrentham Town Hall and any other town as needed.

- Ensure that the Insurance Affidavit is signed and submitted annually along with the annual fee when due.
